According to Gallup’s State of the American Workforce Report:
- 30% are actively engaged (owner)
- 50% are not engaged (renter)
- 20% are actively disengaged (vandal)
Greg explores five differences between employees that are actively engaged and those that are biding their time. He will outline some practical actions anyone can take to shift their own work experience to make a more meaningful contribution and to have increased personal satisfaction at work.
For two decades Greg Hawks has mentored leaders, developed teams, crafted culture, and empowered employees. He is a highly requested speaker for conferences, corporations, universities, and many other agencies and brings a message that can be applied right away.
