LEAD is a collaborative learning initiative sponsored by the Cities of Batavia, Elgin, and St. Charles, that provides opportunities for personal and professional growth and networking among employees. Other communities are invited and welcome to attend our LEAD events. LEAD’s mission is developing leaders through collaborative learning to build a stronger community. 

LEAD believes that leadership comes from all levels of the organization regardless of one’s position. Leaders are people that influence others positively and help bring out the best in other people, our cities, and our communities.
